These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order request you make through it. By browsing the site or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Elio supplies products intended for use by licensed medical and aesthetic professionals, clinics and qualified skincare professionals. Many products in the catalog (including injectables such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters and mesotherapy products) are regulated and must be administered only by suitably qualified practitioners.
By placing an order request you confirm that you are, or are acting for, a person or business legally permitted to purchase and use the products you request, and that you are responsible for holding all licences and complying with all laws that apply to their purchase, storage and use. We may ask for proof of licence and may decline or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that this is met.
Product names, descriptions, images, categories and brand details are provided for general information and are based on manufacturer materials. Images are illustrative, and packaging or specifications may change. Nothing on this website is medical advice, or a recommendation or treatment protocol. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and the applicable clinical guidelines.
This website is a catalog with a cart. The website does not take payment. When you press "Request via WhatsApp", your cart and delivery details are sent to our team as a message on WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) where available. Products marked "Price on request" are priced when you contact us. Prices and availability can change without notice, and the total shown in your cart is an estimate until we confirm your order. If we discover an obvious pricing error we may correct it and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Accepted payment methods, and when payment is due, will be told to you when we confirm your order.
Delivery times, fees and coverage areas are confirmed with you when we confirm the order, and any dates given are estimates. Some products are temperature-sensitive; please make sure someone is available to receive and store them properly on delivery. Please check your order on receipt and tell us straight away about any visible damage or missing items.
Because many of our products are medical, sterile or temperature-controlled, we cannot accept returns of opened items, or of items we cannot verify were stored correctly after delivery. Delivered products may be returned or replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the batch details. You may cancel an order before we dispatch it by contacting us. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory law.
The website's design, text, code and logos belong to Elio or its licensors. Brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the products we supply; their use does not imply endorsement. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute the website's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, no automated scraping, no false or misleading order requests, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose.
The website links to and relies on third-party services (such as WhatsApp, social networks, Google Fonts and image hosts). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or for any harm arising from the use of products by anyone other than a qualified professional or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it. Orders are governed by the terms in force when we confirm them.
